Springvale Foods is a B2B speciality food supplier which offers a huge range of food and drink products, including niche products which aren’t readily available in your local supermarket. Founded in 1993, Springvale Foods has established a charming brand for food wholesale which shines through when visiting their website.

The Project

Springvale Foods approached us with a range of small ad-hoc tasks to improve the functionality of their B2B Magento website, including integration with ACPlus EPOS software to simplify the flow of taking and processing orders. We opened up Magento for them and exposed them to what the software is capable of in terms of improving design and functionality. We have enhanced core features and assisted them with extension development by displaying flexibility in a way that their previous vendor was not allowing. We helped them to integrate their store with their existing sister website, simplifying tasks such as importing customer databases. We have also helped Springvale Foods in times of crisis and improved their security, ensuring that they’re no longer vulnerable to malicious cyberattacks.
